CS-320 High-frequency infrared carbon/ sulfur analyzer adopts high-frequency combustion and infrared detection technology to analyze the content of carbon and sulfur in inorganic materials. Detection limit: carbon up to 100.00%, sulfur up to 100.00%. The CS-320 can be used in all metal and non-metal production and processing industries and meets laboratory-level requirements from enterprise and academic research.

The whole machine adopts modular and integrated design, which consists of five independent modules of high-frequency furnace, sensitive and high-precision infrared detection systems, simple and stable gas systems, reliable and durable power supply systems, and advanced and stable circuit systems. The high-frequency furnace is equipped with a professional anti-high-frequency leakage device, and the whole circuit system has an anti-electromagnetic interference device, thereby avoiding the unstable analysis results and the influence of high-frequency radiation on the human body due to high-frequency interference or electromagnetic interference.

Functional Principle

CS-320 Polar adopts high-frequency furnace heating, infrared absorption detection systems. The samples are heated in oxygen condition, causing carbon and sulfur in the sample to react to CO2 and SO2. At the same time, trace CO is generated. The generated oxide is purified or catalyzed and passes into the infrared detection system. Using CO2 and SO2 at 4.26um and 7.4um, where there is a strong characteristic absorption band, the absorbed infrared light intensity is measured to calculate the percentage of carbon and sulfur elements in samples.
