The characteristics of DPA classic flexible suction arm:

DPA suction arm is fixed at one end, and the other end can be free to move and hover over the ventilation pipes, the external scaffold design, bracket is composed of three joint second section of the arm, from the fixed end to end is respectively the shoulder joint, upper arm, elbow joint, forearm and wrist joints and wind cover, including: shoulder joint with horizontal rotation and bobbing up and down two degrees of freedom. The elbow is used to change the Angle between the upper arm and the forearm. The wrist joint is used to adjust the direction of the hood. The upper arm and forearm bracket are designed with four sides, the air pressure spring balances the gravity and is equipped with adjustable friction damping pair. Each DPA suction arm is carefully adjusted in the factory, which can be lightly operated, reliably hovering and durable with one hand, and has the following characteristics:

◆   The vertical axis of the shoulder joint supported by ball bearings and the structural design of adjustable friction damping make the horizontal rotation of the suction arm light and noiseless, and prevent the drift phenomenon when the vertical axis deviates from the plumb position.

◆   Mechanical load-bearing and ventilation pipeline separate structure design, the whole pipe without obstruction, ventilation volume is large and pressure loss is small.

◆   The position lock structure of ratchet clamp air valve, the switch is freely locked and reliable.

◆   From 75mm to 200mm, there are 5 grades of diameter series, each grade diameter has 2-3 kinds of length for choice, complete specifications and non-standard customization for special needs of users.

◆   With suspension type, standing type (-S), flange hoisting type (-F) and other installation forms, can meet different installation requirements.

◆   With explosion-proof (-ATEX) products, to meet the requirements of explosion-proof occasions.
