The material is transmitted to the lower coal outlet through the curve groove on both sides of the coal feeder. The vibration of the coal feeder and the curve groove of special design calculation make the material throw buoyancy with the help of curve when sliding to ensure the fast and free coal out of the material, even if it is the coal with higher viscosity and larger moisture can also smoothly out of the coal. There are two kinds of machine design: one is straight row hydraulic activity free turning type, one is automatic locking material type, the former straight row hydraulic activity free turning type can be used for super water bonding materials and large feed operation, automatic locking material type of surface radius and material particle size strictly select design: The radius of curvature is 200-1000mm, the minimum distance between the curved hopper and the splitter arch plate is 150-800mm, to ensure that the material in the bin automatically locks up and stops sliding after the motor stops vibrating, without setting the gate.

The machine is composed of vibration motor, tank, funnel and other parts, the use of double body near resonance principle, the use of rubber spring shear force, smooth operation, uniform force, no noise, vibration force driving the main tank and obtain the required linear amplitude. Equipped with frequency conversion governor and hydraulic adjustable plate can be used from the minimum coal output to 120% of the output, to achieve stepless feeding speed regulation.
