7 Big advantages of TPM6000 Concrete block production line
TPM QT6 machine has a very good harmonic synchronization between mechanical system, electrical system and hydraulic system, which guarantee a very reliable and high output production of concrete products.
1) Undestroyable body: 200 x 200 x 10mm machine steel frame.
The popular machines in the market are using 150 x 150 x 8mm or 200 x 150 x 6mm steel frame, which will easily getting worn out. TPM ingenuity uses 200 x 150 x 10mm on the machine frame and uses Φ80mm solid steel guide columns, which makes the machine very heavy duty, super durable and very long lifetime.
2) Freedom in control: German Siemens control system.
We use German Siemens PLC together with French Schneider electrical parts like contractors, switches, relays, etc… Our system is very easy operation and very reliable.
3) High dynamic double proportional valves hydraulic, high efficient.
Uses high dynamic double proportional valve, which is more easily to adjust oil flow and oil pressure. The 2000 x 1000 x 800mm big size hydraulic oil tank, make sure the temperature of hydraulic oil is very stable and guarantee the high efficient of the complete hydraulic system.
4) Super reliable: German frequency controlled vibration technology.
Comparing the traditional machines, they only use one frequency convertor to control two vibration motors, TPM uses two respectively frequency convertors to control each vibration motors, which can easily control the frequency and the speed of each vibration motors separately, easier for operation and maintenance.
5) Super wear-resistant steel for mould filling car, very long service life.
TPM uses super wear-resistant steel materials in the mould filling car and the filling car bottom plate. Also we do the heat treatment on the filling car mixing blades, which guarantee the high speed and long lifetime of filling car.
6) Frequency controlled elevator, efficient and stable.
The speed of elevator determines the speed of the whole block plant. TPM use high efficient frequency convertor to control the walking speed of the elevator, make sure the very stable of elevator.
7) Online trouble shooting, trouble-free solution.
With the online trouble shooting modular, the machine can be real-time monitored. Most errors can be fixed online, very easy for daily maintenance.
