SMART-III operation panel

Spindle mechanism

The main shaft adopts 4 P4 super-precision angular ball bearings and is matched with a V3 main shaft motor and frequency converter.


 

 

Lifting mechanism

The movable surface of the main shaft base and the machine body adopts ultra-wide hard rail, and there is a counterweight device to greatly improve the grinding rigidity and the accuracy of up and down feed.

 

Slow feed function

Double V table and saddle
