PBT Corrugated Filament is widely applied in cleaning brush and industrial brushes, such as bath brush, Car brush, Elevator brush etc. PBT Brush Filament has minimum diameter from 0.08mm and the uniform diameter feature improves the physical property of brushes. Better wear resistance and impact resistance filament performance makes brush filament Longer life and higher cleaning efficiency
Mingwang PBT Brush filamentr has good bending recovery strength to rebound quickly after use and filament can bear high temperature of 230℃ working environment. Excellent tensile strength and moderate softness and hardness characteristic increases the success rate of filament tuft process without filament breaking and falling off situation. Functions, diameter and color can be customized base on clients' requirements.
