Characteristics

This plastic bottle label remover is mainly used for separating label paper of PET plastic bottles. It is one of the necessary auxiliary equipment before crushing and further cleaning of PET bottles. PET bottle off-labeling machine is composed of two parts.

1. The off-labeling link consists of off-labeling cylinder, spindle, axle moving knife and fixing knife on cylinder wall, and all of them are made of carbide tips. The label of bottle body is peeled off by contacting between the moving knife and fixing knife in the process of mechanical propulsion.

2. Separation links are mainly composed of separating cylinder, main fan, auxiliary fan and spiral duct, which are separated by wind power.

HOW IT WORKS

As PET bottles are granulated whole, plastic labels and bottle caps made from PP/PE plastic (polypropylene & polyethylene) are also mixed in. As the final goal of our pet recycling production line is to produce clean, pure PET plastic flakes, a machine is required to effectively remove this contaminant. Introducing ASG’s label remover, using a column of raising air within its sorting chamber, lighter weight PP/PE labels and other fines can be efficiently removed.

As the mixture of PET flakes, labels, bottle caps, and other fines enter the sorting chamber, lightweight contaminants are blown upwards and stored. Heavier, rigid material such as the PET flakes drop to the bottom and continue to the next piece of recycling machinery.

Scope of Application

Mainly used for removing trademark wrapping paper of various plastic bottles such as PET mineral water bottle, ice-red/green tea, nutrition express line, Coke, Sprite, Shuangbiao yoghurt, etc., to reduce labor cost.
