This product is a kind of self-retaining medium neutral sizing agent synthesized by special process.and it has the advantage of simplifying the complex procedure in the sizing process and replacing the binary retention (cationic starch and polyacrylamide) or unit retention system which can not be separated from akd neutral sizing at home and abroad,thus greatly improve the copying performance,sizing effect,paper-forming physical indexes,Besides, comprehensive economic benefits are significantly improved.

Application:
This product is suitable for all kinds of cultural paper, board paper, newsprint paper, fruit bag paper and all kinds of wrapping paper for sizing,ect.produced by wood pulp, Reed pulp, American waste, straw pulp and so on. It can be applied between PH value 6 and PH value 9, The most suitable copying condition is (ph value 7.5-8.5). Calcium carbonate filler can be used to replace traditional rosin and akd neutral sizing.

Dosage:
This product is added 1-5% of absolute dry pulp,diluted 5-10 times before use,added to the mixing tank to stir well.

Using effect:

Neutral paper reading, increase paper strength, reduce powder, hair drop phenomenon, improve printability, improve fiber, filler retention rate, reduce pulp consumption, reduce costs, improve the quality of finished paper. Three of the characteristics are remarkable: easy to keep: strong retention performance; reduce equipment corrosion to prolong the life of paper machine. The indexes on the surface of finished paper are superior to those of traditional neutral sizing.
