Normally, High temperature RFID Tag is made of special substrate while chip is packaged and welded onto antenna, so that it can be stored in over 150℃ temperature, even 250℃ extreme temperature, and can be operate in up to 85℃ temperature (this is so-called the ultra high temp rfid tags); it is an ideal product for industrial RFID solutions.
