 Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) is a nonionic cellulose ether prepared by a series of chemical processing using natural polymer materials as raw materials.
It contains almost all the properties of methyl cellulose (MC) and is your first choice for the production of quality building materials. In the production of building materials, cellulose ether is an indispensable additive. After adding HPMC, the following performance can be improved:

1. Water retention - enhance water retention, improve the phenomenon of excessive hardening and cracking caused by excessive drying and hydration of cement and gypsum building materials.
2. Workability - increase the plasticity of the mortar, improve the industrial properties of the construction coating, and improve work efficiency;
3. Adhesion - due to the improved plasticity of the mortar, it can better bond the substrate and the adherend;
