      Starch reacts (esterified) with sodium trimetaphos - phosphate or phosphorus oxychlorid in combination with (esterified) acetic anhydride or vinyl acetate.

Characteristic:

- Used as a thickening agent in the processing of instant foods, fast foods (bread, instant noodles, pasta ...)

- Used as a stable coupling agent in thickening foods.

- Increases the strength of soft flour, when the dough is cooked, it will be better.

Application:

- Variety of pho, noodle soup.

- Pasta products.

- Mash mallow.

- Jambon

- Meatball

- Fish ball

- Sausage

- Bread

- Noodles

- Grilled chopped fish…

  Packing:

- Packing 25kgs/bag paper bags, PP/PE bags: 50kgs/bag.

- Packing in large bags of bags: 500kgs, 850kgs, 1000kgs.
