MULTICUT MICRO SP 51

Description:

·    non-water-miscible metal working oil

·    on synthetic base

·    with derived and synthetic fatty components

·    contains sulphurous additives

Characteristics:

MULTICUT MICRO SP 51was especially developed for use in the micro spraying

technology. Due to especially chosen components, the product shows only low

evaporation and low tendency to the formation of mist. The basic liquid

depolymerises between 280 °C and 360 °C and does not leave any carbon residues.

Due to its high additivation,MULTICUT MICRO SP 51is especially suited for the

cutting of steel and aluminium in connection with minimum dose lubrication. For the

processing of non-ferrous metals, the product is suited to a limited extent.

Application devices should not possess any copper pipes.

Degreasing:

According to our experience, parts processed with MULTICUT MICRO SP 51can be

degreased by common cleaning media such as aqueous-alkaline cleaners, neutral

cleaners, and hydrocarbon cleaners.
