This product is a colorless and transparent anti-static coating, belonging to the long-term anti-static coating. It has excellent transparency, surface hardness, scratch resistance, impact resistance and other comprehensive properties, which can meet the anti-static needs of the global ESD system. The coating can self dry at room temperature.

Product Usage: Suitable for various substrate surfaces, including PC, PET, PP, PVC, PA and other plastic films, sheets, as well as anti-static needs of glass, ceramics, and metals.

Usage:

According to the shape, size, and surface condition of the substrate, suitable methods such as spray coating, immersion coating, wiping coating, and spraying should be selected for construction. Before construction, it is recommended to conduct a small area trial coating. (The product needs to be sealed and stored, and it is easy to self dry and solidify when placed in the air)

Step 1: Coating. Choose a suitable process for coating.

Step 2: Self dry at room temperature or heat cure. In a room temperature environment, the surface will dry for 20 minutes, and the coating will reach solid dry after 24 hours.

Notes:

1. Sealed and stored in a cool place with clear labels to prevent accidental ingestion and misuse;

2. Keep away from sparks and heat sources, and keep out of reach of children;

3. The workplace should have good ventilation conditions and smoking is strictly prohibited;

4. It is recommended that operators wear work protective clothing, chemical protective gloves, and goggles;

5. Prohibit entry and avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of splashing into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 1 liter per bottle, 20 liters per barrel.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and protected from direct sunlight.
