XK-G30 is a necessary material for the thermal conductive structure of service robots, drone and other AI smart technique. However, not all thermal conductivity gel can definitely be used in AI technology. It should be a veritable performance of thermal conductivity,  also has a reliable service life, that can be used more than 8years.

GLPOLY is one of the few thermal materials manufacturers that can really meet the needs of high-end applications.

IDRIVERPLUS, a well-known service robot design company in China, found GLPOLY when they were designing the unmanned cleaner. Their requirements are very clear, thermal conductivity >3.0 w/m · k, with a service life of more than 10 years, also reach the flammability UL94 V-0. These three indicators can actually brush off many similar products, because once doing the reliability testing, these similar product will not have an excellent test result like GLPOLY.

5 pipes of XK-G30 samples were soon delivered to Beijing, for a month-long technical examination, meanwhile, GLPOLY also did aging testing and silicone oil bleed out testing in its own testing room. As expected, XK-G30 satisfied the requirement, and received the "Adoption".

The advantage of GLPOLY XK-G30:

(1)   As a conventional product of thermal conductivity gel, never solidify, low density and low thermal impedance, much better than normal thermal grease

(2)   Producing by automatic line, ensures product consistency.

(3)   55ml/300ml Tube package, suitable for customer’s automatic dispensing, reduce cost the hand operation.

(4)   Thermal conductivity ≥  3.2 w/m k,  not lower than 3.0 w/m k.
