Wedge wire filter elements, also called wedge wire screen, are made of V-shaped contour lines and longitudinal support rods. Each intersection of these wires is welded to give them a strong structure and good mechanical properties. The contour line and the support rod may be an axial line or a radial line. It mainly includes internal filtering and external direction filtering. Depending on the application, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements. In addition, we can customize wedge wire filter elements according to customer requirements, such as filter tubes, filter baskets.
