Positioning accuracy (accuracy)

The module moves from the reference point in one direction, and the maximum difference (absolute value) between the distance actually reached and the distance originally set is called.

2. Repeatability of position (precision)

Or the reproducibility of the specified bit, which indicates the position difference value measured at a certain set position during the SR slide's reciprocating movement, which is called the maximum value in the full stroke.

3. Parallelism of walking
