1. Clean the ball screw nut and steel ball with clean kerosene.

5. When placing the steel balls in the spiral groove, pay attention that not all the circulation paths are filled. The balls are placed according to the principle of one reverser and one circulation ring. The nuts are 4 reversers, that is, 4 cycles ring. After placing the steel balls in each circulation circle, there will be a small space (approximately a distance of 3/4 of the diameter of the steel balls) to facilitate the rolling movement of the steel balls in the circulation path.
