1. Welding machine bed with quenching treatment to remove away the stress .Milled by Large precision gantry milling machine ensured the accuracy. 

2. Equipped with metal&non-metal laser marking engraving cutting head. Stainless steel, carbon steel, acrylic and wood can be cut. Laser head A1 with RuiDa live focus system for metal/non metal matrials cutting, Laser head A2 with Raycus fiber laser source, used for metal materials marking/engraving.

3.Reci W8 150W seal Co2 laser tube for A1 head, rated power 150W, maximum power 180W, strong cutting ability and long working life.

4.50W Raycus fiber laser marking source has good facula mode, more thin single line, suitable for hyperfine processing, high system integration, less malfunction, are the real suitable for industrial processing area. and, marked graph and characters is permanent , will not regression  due to friction.

5. Adopting imported focus lens with high luminousness and mirror with high reflection ensure stable power transference and laser beam consistency.

6. Adopt 3phases Yako stepper driver with high dynamic response performance and loading capacity.

7. Belt transmission type.  High speed and precision with smooth cutting surface.

8. advanced embedded RuiDa Live focus DSP real-time laser cutting control system, running faster, laser intensity and speed automatic matching, perfectly realized the consistency of the corner cutting effect. Specialized metal using non-contact live focusing system, ensuring same cutting quality for whole working table, no need further processing for the fracture section, high efficiency, long life time and more stable.

9. Original EzCad laser marking software, Can for bar code, graph, characters, OR code, ect marking, supporting PLT, DXF, BMP such format, can useSHC, TTF word stock; System can auto encoding, auto marking serial number, batch number, and date, ect.

10. With auto height controller forA1 laser cutting head, can track the metal material surface and adjust suitable focus length, ensuring the cutting quality.

11. High strength cutting table, applicable for metal and non-metal cutting.
