BeVision W1 is a high-resolution dynamic image particle size and shape analysis system. By using sheath flow technology, BeVision W1 can capture each individual particle and deliver accurate and reliable particle images. BeVision W1 is the best solution for scientific research and quality control as well, when particle size and shape analysis is required.

- Analysis: particle size distribution, maximum particle size, content for a specific interval, aspect ratio,
circularity and radius-thickness ratio.
-Sheath flow technology ensures that each individual particle passes through the focal plane of the cell sequentially, eliminates particle overlapping and defocus issues.
- Intelligent software can identify 10000 particles per minute. Automatic recognition of agglomerated powder further improve the accuracy of analysis.

Packing

1) Use thickened cartons; 
2) Thick foam board and buffer air bags are used to protect the instrument;
3) Use wooden cases made by the plywood outside the carton to further protect the instruments;
4) After the product is packed, we will carry out package drop test to further ensure the safety of the instrument in long distance transportation.


Our Services

Within One Year Warranty:
1) Free spare parts.
2) Send engineer to maintain (User is supposed to pay the round-trip tickets).
3) Send back to maintain (Both sides share the freight fee).

Beyond One Year:
1) If there is any damage resulting from misuse or out of warranty, the two sides should negotiate for the site & method of maintenance. Buyer is supposed to pay the expense.
2) Consumable items are not guaranteed.
