In order to reduce and eliminate the pollution of these harmful substances to the environment and improve the operating conditions, a smoke and dust removal system is set up on the finishing mill stand, so that all the smoke generated by the rolling mill can be purified by inhaling the plastic-fired plate dust collector in the closed smoke hood. The dust removal system consists of a dust cover, a manual control valve, an air duct, a plastic-fired plate dust collector, a fan, a muffler and a chimney. The working principle of bag filter is that the dust-containing gas enters the hopper through the intake port or the filter bag chamber through the open flange opening. The dust-containing gas filters through the filter bag to enter the clean air chamber, and then exhausts through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan.
