Corosolic acid is a white amorphous powder (methanol), also known as phytocerebrosides, 2α-hydroxyursolic acid, which belongs to α-coumarinol type or ustane type pentacyclic triterpenoids, soluble in petroleum ether, benzene, chloroform, pyridine and other organic solvents, insoluble in water, soluble in hot ethanol and methanol.
