YUANFENG RUBBER JOINT FACTORY
YUANFENG RUBBER JOINT PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Strictly cintrol the raw materials. Each batch of raw materials is tested by qualified laboratory technicians and entered the factory. Professional rubber compounding personnel are proportioned according to the requirements
2. After the ingredients are finished, they are sent to the rubber mixing workshop and pressed into a synthetic rubber sheet by a rubber mixer.
3. Each rubber joint tire type is sent to the vulcanization workshop after passing the inspection, and the staff puts the tire type into the mold.
4. The rubber joint semi-finished product inside the cable car is sent to the flange assembly workshop, and the staff assembles the rubber joint flange and the rubber joint semi-finished product into finished products.
5. The quality inspection department personnel will carry out random sampling and pressure testing of the finished rubber joints, and test the qualified rubber joints for packaging.
6. The finished rubber joints are placed in the warehouse and waiting for loading and delivery.
