Product Description
Application
It is special machine for cutting,bending and punching on aluminum and copper bus bars.
1.It combines punching, bending and cutting together as well as some other functions such as embossing, twisting, flattening, pressing tie-in, etc.
2.Three electric motors and pumps make sure that workers can operate the cutting unit,punching unit and bending unit at the same time.
3.The hydraulic tank is welded with 3mm thick steel plate and phosphated to ensure the hydraulic system and components are free from pollution and corrosion.
4. An accurate measuring ruler on each workbench facilitates the precise machining of the busbars.
5. Each work unit has a foot switch and a push button switch to make the operation more convenient and quick.
6. Each machine has four wheels for easy movement.
(1) Cutting unit:
1. The shearing station adopts double column shearing structure, and the shearing force is stable and uniform;
2. Using a scissor shear;
3. A pair of sharp scissors + polyurethane pad;
Therefore, the finished workpiece has a smooth cut, no waste, no burrs, no sag.
(2) Punching unit
1.uses an united four-mode turn plate in tooth shape to make sure the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the same center,improving the mold concentricity and longtening the working life.
2.The turnplate is in tooth shape with good view and high strength. No need to frequently change molds, labor intensity is highly reduced. It is easy and quick to use.
3.The machine is equipped with a mechanical two-way positioning device. During the working process, the operator does not need to draw a cross line or proof punch in the position where the copper and aluminum rows need to be punched, which saves working time and improves work efficiency.
4. Punching die adopts polyurethane pad + spring design: it makes the die return faster and the workpiece effect is better.
5.The cutting and punching station adopts the precision 60mm large diameter hydraulic column: the shearing force and the punching force are more stable, powerful and uniform, and the processed workpiece is better.
(3)Bending unit:
CNC PLC control system,just input a angle on the touch screen, it can be bending automatically.Angle bending accuracy: +/- 1°
