Brief Introduction of the Hand-feeling Testing Machine for Car Central Control Screen Keys under Load:

The load-displacement curve tester is suitable for the test of various keys and switches (load-stroke) curve. It is easy to operate by using WINDOWS Chinese window screen, and all data can be stored (test conditions, load curve, test results, inspection report forms). The machine is driven by a servo motor. It can provide high precision (load-stroke) measurement and complete accurate keystroke and switch curve test.

Characteristic of standard load curve instrument for automobile key switch:

_Peak Force, Return Force, Distance and Click Rate can display values directly on the graph without manual calculation.

_Measuring curves are memorized by computer and can be enlarged and reduced at any time. N curves can be placed arbitrarily on an A4 sheet.

_The upper and lower limits of specifications can be input for the determination of Eucalyptus spp. and the results can automatically determine OK or NO.

_Can input the maximum measuring stroke and load, computer automatic control.

_Load unit display N, Ib, gf, KGF can be switched freely

_The computer directly prints and stores the load-travel curve and check report forms.  (No checkerboard, A4 paper is usually enough)

Test data are stored on hard disk (every data can be stored, unlimited number of times)

Test conditions are set by computer screen (including test travel, speed, frequency, air pressure, pause time, etc.)

The contents of the header of the inspection report can be modified at any time (both Chinese and English)

_The inspection report can be automatically generated without further input.

_The inspection report can be converted into Excel and other forms.
