Rice bran oil is extracted from the germ and inner husk of rice and mostly monounsaturated – a tablespoon contains 7 grams of monounsaturated fat, three of saturated fat and five of polyunsaturated fat. In comparison, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil contains 11 grams of monounsaturated fat, two grams of saturated fat and one gram of polyunsaturated fat. Rice bran oil pretreatment process

1. Bran-tips Separation Section
 Separate small rice rags in order to reduce starch inside rice bran and increase oil yield.
2. Softening and Conditioning Section
 Change rice bran physical properties, easier for granulation or expansion.
3. Expanding Section
 To make rice bran into granule and increase penetrability good for oil extraction.
4. Oil extraction System
Rotocel extractor, loop type extractor used for oil extraction according to production capacity.
5. Desolventizing and Toasting Section
After extracting, using desolventizer to dry meal.
6. Evaporators 
After solvent extractor, the mixed oil need multi-effective evaporator to evaporate solvent in order to separate solvent and rice bran oil.

Craft Features:

1. Continuous alkali refining shortens contact time between oil and lye, which reduces oil saponification state, lower refining consumption, and improves efficiency.
2. Decolorization craft adopts technology of combing premixing and steam mixing bleaching, which improve bleaching efficiency, saves consumption of bleaching clay, and it’s simple and convenient to operate; Besides, negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil, thereby ensuring oil product quality, inhibiting acid value to rise again, and lowering peroxide value.
3. Physcial refining section adopts new type continuous deacidification and deodorization craft, which is applicable for vegetable oil of high and high acid value and low resin content, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages as following: strong deacidification ability, excellent hot bleaching effect, high refining rate, good oil quality, etc.
