Product Description
This acid corrosion inhibition product is compound by composite pyridine quaternary ammonium, which has the applications of:
1.It is used for oil recovery and acidification fracturing process in high temperature(140℃) oil Wells. It can effectively prevent corrosion.
2.It is used to protect the pipelines and equipments from corrosion that caused by oilfield re-injection water with high concentration of acid gas and higher level of mineralization, especially has a better protection on the partial corrosion that caused by re-injection water with H2S and CO2, which will make the corrosion rate of carbon steel low to 0.076mm/a. Its corrosion inhibition rate is or up to 80%.
Characteristics
According to the quantity of production liquid, the common dosage is 30ppm~50ppm, and for the heavy corrosion area, the dosage should be increased suitably, and for the high mineralization area, the agent should be diluted by water to 10%~20% before dosage.
