Electro-hydraulic push rod, i.e. electro-hydraulic push rod, is suitable for reciprocating push-pull linear movement (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle), can be used in places where work objects are raised, lowered or clamped, can also be used in remote and high-altitude dangerous areas, and can be centralized (programmed) control with computer network. Working principle:

The electro-hydraulic push rod takes the motor as the power source and rotates in the positive (reverse) direction to make the hydraulic oil output through the bidirectional gear pump. The hydraulic oil is sent to the working cylinder through the oil circuit integrated block to realize the reciprocating motion of the piston rod. Advantage:

1. Has the overload automatic protection function: When the electro-hydraulic push rod is working, if the external force of the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, the motor is still turning. At this time, the oil pressure in the oil pipeline increases to the set pressure, and the relief valve overflows quickly and accurately to realize the overload automatic protection. Although the motor is turning, it will never burn down. 2. Self-locking function: The pressure self-locking mechanism is designed in the oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. The motor stops rotating, the piston rod stays in a certain position immediately, and the pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state. 3. Stepless regulation: In addition, according to user requirements, stepless regulation can be carried out in the rated speed, output force and travel range.
