Low melt EVA valve bag is a new type of batch inclusion bag for rubber chemical zinc oxide. Zinc oxide for rubber industry is usually packed in kraft paper bags. The paper bags are easy to break during transportation and difficult to dispose after used. To sovle these problems, we have specially developed low melt valve bags for zinc oxide manufacturers. These bags together with the materials contained can be direct put into a mixer because they can easily melt and fully disperse in the rubber compounds as an effective ingredient. Different melting points (72-110 degree Celsius) are available for different using conditions.

Using Zonpak low melt valve bags can prevent the fly loss of the material when packing and there is no need to seal, so it largely improves the packaging efficiency. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.

Bag size, film thickness, color, embossing and printing can all be customized at customer’s request.
