1 Q:Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality.
But the freight for express is on buyer’s account. The way we send it to
you is via express, you can also call your local express to pick up samples
from our office.

2 Q:Can we do printing or label printing on the products?
A: Yes, we offer various printing ways: screen printing, hot stamping, label printing ,etc.

3 Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Production order has a MOQ of 5000 pieces, but not for stock products.

4 Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: For stock products, shipment can be arranged within 24-48 hours
after we receive your payment. For customized products, goods can be
shipped within 30 days.

5.Q: What is your shipping terms?
A: For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc can be provided.
For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or by air or according
to your requirement.

6 Q: Can you provide the matched sprayer or caps?
A: Yes, we have different types of matched sprayer and caps for choice.

7 Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?will it leak？
We do leak test for 3 times before packing to make sure it is no-leak.
