Freeze Drying equipment detail introduction:

Drying Chamber and Ice condenser:

       • Integrated design, drying chamber and ice condenser share one cylindrical chamber. Insolated by shutter. A higher vapor condensing capacity than split type ice condenser.
       •  Inside ice condenser have vapor guide baffle, uniform distribution vapor to all ice coils and evenly condensing.
       • Ice condenser with hot water defrosting system.
       • AISI 304 material for drying chamber.
       • Anodized aluminum shelf and material tray, strong structure and high energy efficient.
       • Hollow shelves with fluid filled, temperature raise by steam system, During sublimation shelf temperature could programming from RT to +120ºC with accuracy of ±1ºC.

Refrigeration System:
       • CFC-free, Bitzer screw compressor system system.
       • Evaporative cooling, suit all climate type.
       • could cool ice condenser to -60ºC.

Vacuum System:
       • Both primary and maintenance vacuum system adopt Rotary vane + Roots pump system, System final vacuum <10Pa.

Control System:
       • 12" Full Color touch screen controller with LYO-CONTROL:
             1, Full Automatic Working and manual working select.
             2, Real time display of shelf/ material/ condenser temperature and vacuum level.
             3, Real time display parts working status. System total working time and each freeze drying step working time.
             4, Creation and storage freeze dryings recipes.
             5, Real time display freeze drying curve, history drying curve/data, USB port is available for data export to U-disk.
             6, Sound alarm if any failure happen, failure parts display on screen.
             7, PID algorithm combined in PLC module, provide up to 30% energy saving in drying process.
       • PC connective, data storage to computer.

Quick Load/Unload System:
       • Monorail system for material quick load/unload.
