Product Description

1. Application

The oxygen consumption calculated from the oxygen concentration in the combustion product gas stream and the heat release rate of the combustion products during combustion, the heat release rate of the material is also the most important parameter in the material combustion performance, and the heat release rate during the combustion of the material is relatively accurately measured. It is extremely important for predicting fire hazard and its flame retardant treatment.

 

2. Standard

Complies with: GB/T16172, ISO 5660-1 and -2, ASTM E1354, ASTM E 1740, ASTM E1550, ASTM D5485, ASTM D6113, NFPA 271, NFPA 264, CAN ULC 135, BS 476 test standard

 

3. Main technical parameters

(1) Radiation cone: heating power 5kw, radiation intensity: 100kw/m2, equipped with three thermocouples to measure temperature.

(2) Radiation shielding layer: made of non-combustible material, the total thickness does not exceed 12mm;

(3) Radiation control: The radiation control system can be properly adjusted to maintain the temperature of the radiation cone thermocouple at ±10 of the preset value;

(4) Weighing equipment: imported high-precision electronic balance, weighing 500g, resolution 0.01g;

(5) Sample mounting frame: made of stainless steel, is a square open disc, the upper end opening 106mmx106mm, depth 25mm, thickness 2.4mm;

(6) Positioning frame: a square box made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.9mm. The inner side of the square box has a size of 111mm and a height of 54mm. The opening for the test surface is 94mmx94mm.

(7) Exhaust system: consists of centrifugal fan, collecting hood, fan inlet and exhaust pipe and orifice flowmeter

(8) Gas sampling device: sampling pump, soot filter, dehumidification cold trap, bypass factor, moisture filter, CO2 filter.

(9) Ignition: External ignition using an electric spark igniter.

(10) Igniter timer: visual value resolution: 0.1s, timing error: 1s / 1N

(11) The gas analyzer and key components are imported.

(12) Each set of infrared O2, CO, CO2 analyzer

(13) With 64-bit for high-precision board, computer and 8.4-inch LCD display, with TCP / IP and RS-232 a variety of communication interface options

(14) Oxygen measurement: using paramagnetic oxygen measurement

(16) Smoke density test system

A. Light source: imported quartz halogen lamp, power 15W, working voltage 6V; nominal luminous flux: 2000 ~ 3000Lm, nominal color temperature: 2800K ~ 3200K, meeting the requirements of GB/T17651.1 5.2.

B. Receiver: It is a silicon photocell, which is amplified by the board and input to the computer through the I/O board to meet the requirements of GB/T17651.1. The spectral response is matched with the photometer of the International Commissioner of Light (CIE);

C. Measured light transmittance range: (0 ~ 100)%; light transmittance 0% is no light passing, light transmittance 100% light without obstruction completely passed.

D. Smoke density measurement accuracy: ± 3%;

(17) The data acquisition system can collect and record test data such as oxygen concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, temperature, heat release rate, and mass loss rate, which can be saved;

(18) Lenovo brand computer one: processor dual-core 2.5G, 1G memory, 320G hard drive, 19-inch LCD, DVD-ROM.

(19) One laser printer;

(20) Flue gas treatment system: the use of powerful exhaust system, the machine is equipped with a powerful exhaust fan, when the test is completed, start the exhaust fan system to exhaust the exhaust gas, for purification treatment, to meet national emission standards.
