Washing and drying sections can be lifted to 450mm automatically for cleaning and maintenance.Hard and strong screw are used in this part.
Bevel gears adopted for steady and synchronous transmission.45# helical black oxide gears which have long service life.
Economical water circulation systems,a fast plug between the water tank and pump which can take down when cleaning.

Main Feature:
1) Loading table rollers are dipped in water for better cleaning of the glass.A set of spraying system for pre-washing. Lights on unloading table to inspect the glass.Emergency buttons on loading and unloading table.
2) Washing section:Three pairs of cylindrical nylon brushes with stainless steel axes. 170mm(Diameter) nylon straight hair brushes which have long lifetime and avoid vibration.Last upper brush is soft brush for Low-E glass.Three separate water tanks with individual inline water pumps attached.Economical water circulation systems,valves are set on top of the tanks for auto water supply entation. Fast plug for easy cleaning.Double water filtering nets in each tank. Water guard plates under the brushes to divide the tank to avoid water contamination.
3) Drying section:High-pressure air blowers enclosed in a sound-proof cabin with intake silencer and Techwin specially.
