This is to inform you that we are the leading manufacturers of High Carbon Ferro Chrome in India having its manufacturing unit in Dhenkanal- dist of Odhisa state.In our unit, we have briquetting plant for briquetting of chromite ore.
We will be requiring one mixer machine as below for mixing of required materials to briquette.
Materials to mixed : 1) Chromite ore (90 to 92%)
Size : -8mm Moisture : 1 to 2.5% ,Bulk density : 2.2 gr/cc
Nature of material : Very corrosive and highly abrasive
2) Hydrated lime : 3 to 3.5 %
Hygroscopic,100mesh,Bulk density : 0.50gr/cc
3) Molasses : 5.5 to 6.5 %
Specific gravity : 1.33 to 1.40
Capacity of the machine : 25TPH
