1. We need to know the size, quantity and others.

2. Discuss all details with you and make the sample if needed.

3. Start the mass production after getting your payment(deposit).

4. Send goods to you.

5. Receive the goods in your side.

 ♥  Fabric Options

Can choose what color you want. 

We will offer some fabric samples to you for your reference.

Or you choose the other model color to use in the model which you choose.

 ♥ Quality Control

Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample

should be strictly the same as mass production.

We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.

Every sofa quality checked before packing.

Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

 ♥ After Sales Service

Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.

Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the most prompt time.

We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquire will be replied within 24 hours.

FAQ

 Q: Are you trading company or factory?
A: We are manufacturers. We have our own showroom and factory, covering more than 5000 square meters. You are welcomed to visit us.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: We located in Chengdu, Sichuan province,the home of Panda.

Q: Do you have showroom?
A: Yes, we have showroom in factory. We have an extensive range of models on display but due to the size of our range we cannot display all models. If you have specific products that you wish to view please give us a call prior to get ready.

Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM ?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Please send your design pictures to us, then we talk about it with our professional designers and confirm well with you.

Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? 
A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: It depends. For the small order with fabric in stock, we can deliver in 7-15 days. For container order, the lead time is usually  about 25 days after the deposit.

Q: What's the payment term?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
  
Q: Can you arrange the shipping to our country?
A: Yes, CIF is accepted. We always provide this service if customer needed.
