Product Application

This production line mainly produces silicone waterproof LED soft light, its principle is to make the LED strip be wrapped with a layer of silica gel automatically, and make the LED soft light strip waterproofed. This production line can achieve solid core (potting), tubular (casing), half tubular (potting shape), double-color neon lights and so on products. The thickness, shape of the silicone layer can be customized accordingly to users’ and optical requirements.

Installation Requirements:

Recommended installation place: L*W: 35m*5m. If the space is limited, the vulcanizing channel can be shorten(Production capacity will be reduced as well).

1. The material used for the casing is 3mm thick cold-rolled plate, which is firm and solid, and the appearance is beautiful and elegant; it is controlled by industrial PLC and text controller, which is easy to operate and humanized;

2, Precision stepper motor drive, reciprocating motion is accurate and reliable; unique straight-through suction valve design, quick release, broken glue clean, no drawing;

3, Four-station indexing disc design, the efficiency is greatly improved, the production capacity can reach 1500 / hour; the program can be set round-point glue, or can be segmented arc dispensing, single-point dispensing;

4, Hand wheel + slider design, adjustment and positioning is more convenient and convenient;

 
5, Optional increase UV glue glue function; optional increase vacancy detection function.
