Bulk Hopper Feeders are used to bulk store the components before they reach the bowl feeder. 
Either high level vibratory linear hopper feeders, or low level belt driven elevator hoppers, these units are ideal for extending the time period between replenishments. Ideal for bowl feeding systems with high feed rates or automated systems where labour content is kept to a minimum.
Usually a sensor is used over the bowl feeder and when it detects a minimum number of parts in the bowl, the hopper delivers a quantity of parts into the bowl feeder unit.
To cover a wide range of applications, bulk hopper feeders are available in many different shapes and sizes depending on the component being used and the time period between replenishments.
Hongrun hopper feeder is used for feeding powdered material or small particle material, which can get the materials shunted evenly to two or more feeding branches. It carries out  two-way or multi-way material flow ratio control with material flows meeting any proportion.
