Q: How long is the product lifespan?
A: In general, the life of the product is about 15 years.
Q: If the temperature drops below zero, will the air source heat pump still work?
A: Yes, AIROSD Air Source heat pumps with EVI technology can operate high efficiently when the temperature downs to -30°C.
Q: How noisy are heat pumps?
A: Heat pumps are generally very quiet, noise levels equivalent to that of a fridge. Since the pump is outside it is very rare that this is noticed in the house at all.
Q: What's the payment terms?
A: Payment<= 6000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 6000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment. L/C Payment only allows more than two million US dollars in transaction amount.
