Product Application

CDL/CDLF price vertical multistage centrifugal pump are multi-functional products.
1). It can be used to convey various medium from tap water to industrial liquid at different temperature and with different flow rate and pressure. CDLF price vertical multistage centrifugal pump is applicable to convey non-corrosive liquid, while CDLF vertical inline multistage centrifugal pumppump working is suitable for slightly corrosive liquid.
2). Water supply: Water filter and transport in Waterworks, boosting of main pipeline, boosting in high-rise buildings.
Industrial boosting: Process flow water system, cleaning system, high-pressure washing system,
3). Fire fighting system.
4). Industrial liquid conveying: Cooling and air-conditioning, system, boiler water supply and condensing system,machine-associated purpose, acids and alkali.
5). Water treatment: Ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, swimming pool.

Main Features

Assembly and Disassembly
Whether the pump is assembled correctly affects its performance greatly. The outlet center line of the impellers must be aligned to its inlet center line, and the overall performance will be affected and the efficiency will be reduced consequently if there is a slight deviation, therefore, the sealing clearances between the rotary part and the fixed part should meet the specification. If the clearance is too small, the service life of the pump will be shortened by wear of components and vibration of pump; if the clearance is too large, the pump’s efficiency will be lowered down by the growing leakage. Assembly and disassembly of the pump must be carried out according to the General Assembly Drawing.

Installation
Apart from the general installation requirements, note that:
1. The motor and the pump’s coupling should be spaced for a clearance approximate to displacement of the pump shaft.
2. The shaft axis of motor and the pump should be in a horizontal line.
