The BGXFT activated carbon fiber treatment device for organic waste gas and recovery is to purify the air and recycle organic solvents by taking advantage of the strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption speed of the gao effective adsorbent - activated carbon fiber (ACF).The YJT activated carbon fiber can treat the organic waste gas into the air inlet, carbon fiber filtration and air outlet section, and the organic waste gas enters the box body from the inlet. After purification, the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the ventilator.If the organic gas is not recycled and only treated, the unit can use the cheap activated carbon as the adsorbent material to dispose the waste gas according to the specific conditions. 

Introduction to activated carbon adsorption device:

The complete set of equipment is mainly composed of: fan, gas filter, activated carbon (or fiber) adsorption tower, such as gas recovery with condenser, separator, such as carbon fiber regeneration with steam, hot air furnace, etc.When desorption, the carbon fiber * organic gas desorption can be realized by using water vapor. After desorption, the solvent and water vapor can be condensed into the condenser, and the pure solvent can be obtained by separating the liquid from the separator.The activated carbon fiber of the despatched filter tube * should be dried by hot air before it can be used again.

* points of the activated carbon adsorption device:

(1) organic solvent recovery gao, through reasonable design and switching time adjustment, can make solvent recovery above 95%;

(2) the solvent has good stability and little decomposition;

(3) wide application range, suitable for low concentration solvents, polymeric monomers and gao boiling point solvents.
