●Usage:

The machine is used for the laminating of textile, non-woven products, TPU, PE, PTFE, non-woven fabric, artificial leather. 

Automobile industry:  the laminating of fabric for vehicle ceilings decoration, doorpost, and the door panel of soup cars. 

Clothing industry: outdoor sports, outdoor military camouflage clothing, apparel for fire fighters and police, apparel for medical profession, underwear, thermal cloth, cold protective clothing. 

Health care: medical and protective apparel. 

Filter material: PTFE, PE membrane treatment, sewage and air filtration.  

Shoe-making industry:  shoe vamp, shoe pad.  

●Features:

1. Solvent-free hot melt glue used by CQ-PUR 1800 is an ideal environment-friendly glue. The production of such glue does not result in emission problem and therefore saves energy; 

2. Water-free hot melt glue needs no drying, leading to fast laminating and high efficiency in production; 

3. Moisture cure reaction in the process of laminating is irreversible, strongly adhesive and washable; 

4. Strong adhesion saves glue and costs; 

5. The product is designed for small quantity and diversified production, which saves costs. The digital control system stipulates speed ratio, intervals and temperatures, which renders better operation. Base material is not stretchable but soft and lightweight and feels good; 

6. The heat source is oil. It heats faster and more evenly; 

7. Hot melt system is independent. The glue melts fully and fast; 

8. Dot anilox gluing endows the finished products good gas permeability and strong stereoscopic impression; 

9. The machine stand is designed in a friendly manner, reducing the need for operators and the space for installment.
