Main performances:

The machine is applicable to the automatic packaging of particles and articles difficult to adhere, such as puffed food, shrimp cracker, peanut, oatmeal, monosodium glutamate, melon seed, white sugar, salt, candy, etc. In particular, it is applicable to the packaging of ice ball, ice stick and colorful fruit (also named Seven Dwarfs, pistachio nut). The machine can automatically complete cycle operations like measuring, filling, counting, printing (additional printer needed), etc. It is controlled by microcomputer and features photoelectric tracking function, providing much accuracy and more complete patterns. Stepless speed regulation is available for the rotation speed.Three-side seal (back seal) is adopted, with the cut being straight or serrated according to actual needs. The vertical seal is of spot, stripe or straight type.

Main advantages:

1. The sliding part for horizontal seal of this machine adopts imported linear bearing. The guide shaft is delicately made from bearing steel materials by special process,featuring superior abrasive resistance, high precision, low noise and easy maintenance.
         2、 All parts in contact with packaging materials are made from stainless steel and free from pollution.
          3、 Advanced vibratory blanking circuit design produces noise much lower than that of general machine models. The blanking is smooth without blocking. The packaging is much more ideal.
         4、 Additional air source is provided to realize simultaneous air inflation with bag making and packaging.   
         5、 The machine can be changed to ice stick cutting and packaging machine by refitting the blanking device.
