CGF series water filling machine is mainly used in the beverage filling production line. The machine combines washing, filling and capping in one working table, suitable for filling juice, tea beverage. This juice bottle filling machine could fill the juice with fruit pulp. The bottle neck hanging technology makes the process of changing bottles easily by only adopting the height of conveyor chain. The filling part adopts hot filling technology with water-supplying system under constant presssure, which makes filling process faster and more stable. The juice filling machine works with back flow tank and vaccum system.

Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology, canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the bottle change more easier.

Bottle transmission adopts clip bottle neck technology, there is not too much spare parts need to be changed when we use different bottle shape.

Bottle washing part

The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no contact with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

Filling part

High speed negetive pressure filling valve, filling fast, the filling accurate is high and no liquid lose. This 3 in 1 juice bottle filling machine could fill the juice with fruit pulp. Mango juice, orange juice could be used on the same machine.

Capping part

The capping head is designed and produced by ourselves. It is shorter than the original type. The barycenter is shorter than others and it preform better.
