Palm oil milling machine usually used in large scale palm oil mill plant. A complete set  of  palm oil milling processing includes  a series  of sections, such as  Raw Materials Storage Section,Sterilization Section, Threshing Section，Digesting&Pressing Section，Oil Clarification Section，Palm Kernel Recovery Section and so on.

1. Raw materials storage section:

Fresh palm fruit bunch must be first weighed by weighbridge, then unloaded from trucks to the discharch door and stored.

2. Sterilizing section:

Fresh palm fruit bunch are airtight sterilized in sterilizer. The purposeto destroy lipase in the flesh palm fruit and avoid the content of FFA in oil further increase; 

3. Threshing section:

The purpose of threshing is to separate the oil palm fruit from the fruit bunch by strong vibration. The threshing equipment is revolving drum thresher.

4.Pressing section:

Oil palm fruit first carry out cooking before pressed, fruit sterilized must be re-heating for the soft pulp, and damage pulp cell structure. Then enter into continuous screw press for pressing. 

5.Clarification section:

First machine pressed crude oil is diluted by water washing. Through settlement and filtration,the fiber material will be removed from the oil. And then carrying out continuous settlement, crude oil is divided into two parts: oil and sediment. 

6.Kernel recovery section:

Separating column system

Through separating column system, palm kernel will be separated from the nut shell. Then use the press machine that is the same as palm oil press machine to produce palm kernel oil.
