Features of Tandem CNC  hydraulic press brake

• The tandem press brake are used to bend metal plate. With different dies, it could  make various work-pieces, which are widely used in air-plane, shipment, auto, engineering machinery, lamp pole, light pole, electric power pole, transformer and other relative lines.
  This tandem press brake is driven by hydraulic pressure and controlled by CNC.
• The press brake could attain quick down, slow-down of ram, pressure steady while working, quick returning and intermediate stop functions. Also, this press brake could be driven as inch, single & continuous ways.
• It could be operated either single or double ways.
• The frame is welded by steel plate of good rigidity and strength.
• The ram run smoothly. Re-position precision, anti-eccentric load, work-pieces made precision are high because the use of circulation around servo control against CNC + electrical-hydraulic proportion valves linear encoder.

• Shenchong WEK Tandem CNC hydraulic press brake sheet metal bending machine is able to have 16+2 Axis. Y control numerical axis of oil cylinder on both sides, X controls back gauge to move front and rear, V for oil cylinder compensation, Z refer to motorized side unloading device.

• The upper die is adjustable.

• The straightness of sheet metal can be adjusted by the upper die.

• The shim on the upper die can protect the upper die and reduce abrasion.

• Front feeding device is automatic which can improve the working efficiency. 

• Side unloading device is designed for large work piece.
