Working:

   Emerge and separate some matters, such as pigment, colliod impurity, dram heavy metal in lipid which can cause oxidant and activator toxic.

How to use Activated Bleaching Earth:

1.According to the content of impurities and thickness, add proper activated bleaching earth, general usage 5%-10% for oil heavy.

2.Gasoline and diesel general don't need to heat, but sticky oil need to be heated, such as vaseline, engine oil, open fire and steam is available. General heating to 105℃-110℃， reaction kettle in iron and white earth in advance, can prevent oxidation of oil or composite.

 Method of Use:

1.take 100mL oil in breaker

2.heat oil sample up  to 105℃-110℃

3.measured 15g activated bleaching earth sample

4.put activated bleaching earth sample in oil sample,  manually  for 30 minuted while the temperature being kept at 105℃-110℃

5.stick filter paper on funnel wall, then pour oil into funnel.
