Broken tap remover works by the electric spark erosion the surface material of the workpiece. The EDM - 8C could fast remove broken taps, drills, bolts, reamer, plug gauge, etc. without damaging to the workpiece. This machine adds the vibration function, it greatly improve the processing efficiency.
Functions and Features
1.SFX-4000B abide by the principle of spark erosion to remove broken tools, no direct contact. Thus, no external force and damage to the workpiece.

Warranty period
The warranty period for Broken Tap Remover is around one year. If there are any technical problems within this time frame, we would repair them for free including the new parts to change that needed for the repair. The free repair will be offered only when the damages are caused by technical deficiencies of product itself. Man made errors, or to say the mishandling damages are not included.
Packaging
The machine will be put in a plastic bag first, it could prevent dust and dirt. We will reinforce them with molded polyphenylene plates before carton packing and it acts as a shock absorber. In the end, the thickened cartons are uniformly packed.
