| 1.What's your MOQ? Can you accept small orders?
- For SKMEI branded watches, we accept order like 200 pcs. You can mix order by different models in different colors.(each item each color not less than 10 pcs) Please order each item each color in quantity like 10 pcs, 20 pcs, 30 pcs ... ... We do not accept quantity like 11 pcs, 12 pcs, 13 pcs, 14 pcs, 16 pcs, 17 pcs, 18 pcs, 19 pcs ... ... - For OEM order with custom logo, the MOQ depends on different models.Generally, each model each color not less than 500 pcs |
| 2. What’s the delivery time?
- For SKMEI branded watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3 - 5 days after the order is confirmed and payment is done. - For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30 to 60 days. |
| 3.Do you accept payment by PayPal?
- Yes. For small amount, we can accept payments by PayPal, Western Union or Secure Payment( Escrow) |
| 4. What’s your payment terms?
- For SKMEI branded watches in stock, generally our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days. - For OEM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. |

- If you have courier in China, goods can be sent your courier after payment. - If you have no cooperated courier, we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed. |
| 6. How about your products quality?
- All SKMEI branded watches are water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine. All SKMEI branded watches are assembled with Japanese battery, the lift time lasts at least 1 year. - For OEM items, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can be complied with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery. |
