Cement elctric pole mould can precast cement electric poles for power transmission with other machines. There are round and square spun pole mold to produce all kinds of prestressed cement poles.  There are different length and wall thickness according to different demand for cement poles changing from 6m to 18m and can be customized and production if special requirements for prestressed or reinforced cement poles .

Assembling of cement spun pole molds, cement electric pole mold must be checked carefully to see if there are quality problmes in cement pole mold running wheels and flanges. Cement pole mold cross section of joint flange and running wheels must be manufactured well as the joint precision will directly effect the quality of cement pole mold and steady running.  If running wheel touching surface is not good, mold and centrifugal spinning machine wheels beating often happens. So, if there is any defect, it must be repaired carefully and the burr must be finished with sand paper.  Generally , the assembling order is as below :
1. Hoist all segments of cement electric pole mold onto centrifugal spinning machine in order and put through the joint bolts into joint flange and fasten them .
2. Loosen all hooking bolts but not hanging down. There is still pretensioning force to fix two halves molds namely fasten nuts with only fingers then drive cement pole mold roate 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Fasten all hooking bolts with tools until no any space among joining surfaces.
4. Cement pole mold will be driven from low speed to high speed without any raw materials inside. Cement pole mold running should be very steady and normal. Then the mold can be used for production.
