at the operation site added the water about 15% , in the mixer to stir about 8 minutes, by the time the magnesite coating appearing a certain viscosity then can use to daub.
before daubing, must clear the remainder on the permanent liner, its thickness  may according to the part of the internal liner to determine.
the coating layer may curing in natural, or baking direct, low temperature 100-150C. baking 1-5 hours,m middle temperature 400-500 C. baking 1-5  hours last baking 2-5 hours at temperature 800-1500c. then may put into using.
