Introduction of Lychee Longan Rambutan Peeling Machine:
This machine is pre-treatment equipment for lychee wine & beverage, dry lychee (longan, rambutan as well). It is usually used to peel off the shell from lychee that are destemmed, cleaned and disinfected.
The peeling rate of this machine is more than 99% and the loss of pulp is less than 1%. It is the ideal equipment for fruit wine and juice industries.
Working Principles of Lychee Longan Rambutan Peeling Machine:
Lychee is fed into the peeling machine via hopper. Shell is broken under the action of conveyor belt and a couple of rollers. Broken shell will be taken out of machine by the screw conveyor. Lychee pulp is sent into the outside tank for manual process.
